Shipping & Delivery
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-9 business days to arrive*. Due to the new NSW COVID restrictions please allow an additional 5-10 days for dispatch of your order.

PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 1-5 days for our team to pick and pack you order. Shipping timeframes are in addition to our processing times.
Orders will be delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery. If an authorised person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection centre for you to collect. Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY DEADLINE
Place your order before midnight Friday 17th December to ensure delivery before Christmas.
POSSIBLE DELAYS
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can track your order via our shipping confirmation email and from your "My Account". If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly.
DUTIES & TAXES
Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout according to your shipping destination and itemised on the order summary page. We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will paid at the time of purchase. Note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you need to change or cancel your order please contact our team straight away by clicking here.
We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order after it has left our premises. We pack and ship orders daily so cannot guarantee your requests can be made.
ORDER INSURANCE - WITH ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION
Route Package Protection is a service that insures your order during transit and can be added to your order checkout. SIR. is not liable for any lost, damaged or stolen parcels during transit. Route is not refundable.
If you need to lodge an undelivered order, file a claim on their website at help.route.com.
GIFT WRAPPING & MESSAGE
POETHICA offers signature gift wrapping at checkout which can be added to your order for $10 USD. Wrapping includes box, tissue paper, POETHICA sticker wrapped in a ribbon, personal note can also be added on a handwritten printed POETHICA card.
If you require presents to be separately wrapped we require you to place separate orders.
PRE-ORDER
Pre-order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. Date will be specified on the product page and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.
For orders that contain an in-stock item/s your order will be shipped separately so you receive your in-stock item/s straight away. No additional postage charged will be incurred in these circumstances.
Return Policy
Please note, due to recent NSW COVID restrictions there will be an additional 2-3 day delay in processing your return.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase.
If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return it back to us within 30 days of receiving it. We offer refunds, exchanges and store credits subject to the following conditions:
Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. If merchandise is returned despite these conditions your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge;
CHRISTMAS PRESENT RETURNS
Orders placed between the dates of the 1st of December to the 24th of December will receive an additional 2 weeks to return their orders from the date order was placed;
REFUNDS
Full-priced items are eligible for a full refund, unless purchased with Klarna;
KLARNA
Orders placed with Klarna are only eligible for a store credit or exchange;
FULL-PRICED
Full-priced items are eligible for refund, exchange or store credit;
SALE ITEMS
Sale items or items purchased during a flash sale/promotional event are only eligible for a store credit or exchange;
FINAL SALE
Item/s marked as "final sale - no returns or exchanges" cannot be returned. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge;
PROMOTIONAL CODE
Orders placed with a promo code that discounts the order (excluding our Welcome 10% Offer) are only eligible for a store credit or exchange;
SWIM
All swimwear must be tried on wearing undergarments, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered;
GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards may not be returned;
RETURN SHIPPING
We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the return’s timeframe. Store-credit notes are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
We offer international return shipping for $35, please click here to purchase your shipping label. At checkout enter the address the item will be picked up from and once you finalise the order, our team will send you your shipping label. Please note that our Customer Care office hours are from 9am - 4pm AEST and not available over the weekend but will send your label as soon as possible.
Original shipping charges and duties and taxes are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. POETHICA takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by POETHICA
PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS
We endeavour to process refunds daily but please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive email notification of when our team has received your return and again when it has been processed.
FAULTY ITEMS
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact our Customer Care team info@sirthelabel.com with your order number and images of the fault and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
Please note that faulty items purchased from a POETHICA stockist are required to returned to the place of purchase.
Ensure your return meets the conditions of our Returns Policy and complies with the below points before lodging your return.

Item must be unworn with original tags attached.

FAQ
We ship from Australia, so if you’re an international customer you are responsible for customs & duties within your own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. POETHICA is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
